This course is taught by Connie Rios, a malihini profoundly touched by this culture. She literally owes her life to the powerful, healing traditions of old Hawai'i, & is honored to pass on the life affirming practices taught to her by a group of kupuna (teachers and elders), keepers of ancient wisdom. Presenting a compilation of some of the rituals and practices they shared with her, to heal herself and also to share with others, she says,"Ko'u na hau'oli no! [Is my greatest pleasure!] Please join me in sharing the aloha. A hui hou!"
Session Fee is a ho'okupu
